Narmada Lakshmanan - Co Founder
Narmada has a decade plus experience in the field of Human Resources including stints in ITES, BPO, BFSI and KPO start-ups, spear-heading the set-up and stabilization of the Human Resource Function. Narmada’s speciality includes both Volume and Niche skill hiring across all levels. Narmada holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources and a Management Degree from XLRI – Jamshedpur.
